Novell LaoShi teaches all mental, physical and spiritual aspects of martial arts. He stresses practical usage of the Chinese martial arts. Sensitivity, Timing, and proper usage of power and technique are emphasized.
All aspects of fighting are taught. The Chinese internal martial arts are known for having superior positive impact on negative health conditions, and self defense capabilities while reducing stress levels.
